“This was the immortality humans were meant to have: to be remembered by those who loved us long after our bodies have crumbled into dust.”
You were right, heart.
I’m sorry, heart.
They find solace in one another in a slow pace with very realistic situations I absolutely loved and the writing made this so addictive to read.
I. WAS. NOT. READY. FOR. THIS. BOOK.
At the heart of this book there’s a sweet story of two men falling for each other in the midst of pain and devastation.
This was another level of awesomeness! Lots of laughter, a lot of heartbreak and just FEELINGS ALL OVER. SO MANY FEELINGS!
I love the way Helen Hunting writes, her characters are always funny and over the top and I love them for that!
It was addictive and the crime at the heart of it is just enough of a distraction to keep you hooked despite the cheesy soap opera drama it doesn’t shy away from.
Kudos to Kennedy Ryan for writing such a beautiful story with these powerful messages and bringing us Bristol and Grip. A must read.
I feel like I should personally thank the author for introducing me to Grip and Bristol because I freaking adore them. I LOVED THEM SFM!
