<3 stars!

This was interesting!

I requested a copy because I love the cover, I’m a sucker for a beautiful cover and I love sci-fi even though I’m a little picky but I thought why not. It was a bit different than what I had in mind when I read the blurb to be honest and I kind of expected another turn altogether but it was a nice and quick read, it did start with a dog’s POV which might have been just about the weirdest thing I’ve ever read so far, and there was a minimum connection to the heroine which I kept forgetting she was seventeen, seven yes, seventeen, no way. What kept me hooked? The alien! He was so funny in a clueless way, fascinating and so honest, it was cool. He was literally so fun to read, like a child questioning everything in a refreshing way.

“Why would she put “<3” after her name? Did she consider herself to be less than three? And less than three what?”

He had the best lines!

Quick and easy read if you’re not in the mood for heavy sci-fi and definitely on the fluffy side in a good way!
