The best way to keep your word is never to give it. Not long ago, in a chapel in Vegas, I swore to love Karissa for the rest of my days. But nobody’s promised an infinite number of tomorrows. Nobody’s promised forever. Sometimes, all we have left is today.

Carpe Diem
Seize the day.

It should’ve been over, we should’ve been happy, but people are making it hard for me to live in peace. I’ve got so much blood on my hands they’ll never be clean, and somebody out there seems to want me to pay for it. Happily Ever After always comes at a cost, one any real man would be willing to pay. But that doesn’t mean I’m just going to roll over and accept these consequences.

Because when it comes to the woman I love? The life I’ve fought for?

Nobody is safe.

4 stars!

Naz is back! I don’t really have much to say about the 3rd story in the series. I loved the first two and I loved this one as well. After going through, well… hell, Naz and Karissa try to live a normal life and just be normal, go through the day and not get into a lot of mafia-stuff.

Spoiler alert, they kinda fail. Big time.

I won’t actually spoil but the originality I loved about this series was lacking a bit with this story especially towards the end, most of the scenes were fillers and there was a constant feeling of foreshadowing, foreshadowing about everything. I could do with a novella, it would have felt better as a conclusion.

Naz is Naz, but softer somehow. There’s a huge character development here, for the Naz we know and love, to actually be in a place where he’s able to trust Karissa and for her to be completely confused by his new-Naz behavior was amazing to read. But he was still the swoon worthy dude that despite being Naz, is still so madly in love and he does show it in every way possible.

I swooned and I laughed a lot, it was so easy to fall back in love with these two. There were parts that I didn’t like, they went a bit over the top but the story still left me with sweet fangirling feelings ♥
