My name is Ally Prince and I’ve always been unlucky in love. I don’t know why, I just always… have.

For the past few years I’ve thrown myself into my career as a museum curator. I’m the best of the best, the person every museum wants to hire, so when an opportunity came up to move to Seattle, I jumped at the chance. But, like in every fairytale, there’s a villain, a dark and tortured soul… I just didn’t know that the villain and the hero in my story would end up being one and the same.

5 love the villain stars!

This story, it was just amazing, so unbelievably amazing. I won’t lie, I had great expectations for this one and I even started tearing up from the first few pages (you’ll see why!) so to say that not only did it NOT disappoint but it was the greatest one, the perfect conclusion to this epic series, I inhaled it in just a few hours and I suffered a major book hangover after it! You have to have read Sweet Fall first though.

I won’t spoil the major factor of this book – Ally’s mystery man – although from early on you get it, I will refer to him as Elpidio which is his nickname as an artist. I just loved him; he’s the brooding artist type and he does have a very dark background to back it up I have to say it’s not easy to overcome it but the way he was presented, it was amazing and of cause Tillie’s flawless writing that kept the story on a good pace was great; I loved every aspect of his personality, he had the most amazing character development!

“I couldn’t believe she was crying for me. I couldn’t believe those teas were for me.”

Ally was a great match; she’s the musuem curator that is in charge of his exhibition and she was very easy to connect with since the majority of the time she was fangirling over Elpidio’s art so much it made me happy to read about it and to see it through her eyes, it was a really unique thing to read about and be fascinated by!

To say that Ally and Elpidio were explosive together would be an understatement! They were epic and a perfect example of opposites attracting; Elpidio understandably never thought he’d find anyone to even be remotely interested in him, especially not someone like Ally who admired him and viewed him as equal – it will all make sense once you know who he is – and Ally has always wanted to find what Rome and Molly had (totally loved them in this one OMG how much I missed them and loved them!) and even though Elpidio is not really the “good guy” a girl like her would go for, together they made sense and it was amazing to read about them, so beautiful.

I have to say, reading this series from the start, I will miss this series so much and I hold it very close to my heart, from the first book till the last one ♥ this was the best wrap up and the most heartwarming HEA I could’ve imagined, it was tearful like the rest of the series of course but never once did I found myself not liking it, not a single page, nothing! The series fans will love it ♥ (as did I!)

“You are my hope, Ally. You’re every hope I’ve ever dared to have… la mia luce.”

I cried like a baby from the first chapter till the very last, it was just breathtakingly beautiful and beyond anything I dared to hope for! Once again, she’s done it again people! Thank you for this amazing series Tillie ♥

about the author

Tillie Cole is a Northern girl through and through. She originates from a place called Teesside on that little but awesomely sunny (okay I exaggerate) Isle called Great Britain. She was brought up surrounded by her English rose mother — a farmer’s daughter, her crazy Scottish father, a savagely sarcastic sister and a multitude of rescue animals and horses.
