Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature meme hosted by the Broke and the Bookish. Every week they post a new top ten list and everyone is welcome to join.

My second TTT feature is about friendships in books and I’m kind of thrilled to talk about those books because the majority of them were those books that got me hooked on reading.

The Black Dagger Brotherhood Series. Not what you’d expect to see on a friendship book list but truly, it is a book about friendships so tight they last through time and grief.

The Harry Potter Series. Needless to say, HP could easily be the definition of friendship and how that itself can be real magic.

The Mortal Instruments Series. Good against evil. Angels against Demons. But above all, friends that stick together no matter what.

The Vampire Academy Series. After all…

The Hunger Games Series. Not your typical friendship book but it definitely gave the word a whole other meaning.

The Divergent Series. Friends from scratch, to the end.

The Selection Series. The evolution of friendship. What started out as mutual apathy, turned out to be the strongest of friendships.

Fangirl by Rainbow Rowel. Pretty much a guide to friendship and all things fandom.

Making Faces by Amy Harmon. I love this book so much. Friendship that never ends even when you lose your best friend.

Ruin by Rachel Van Dyken. When your best friend is also your boyfriend you kind of have it all.

What are your top friendship books?
